We have reached the beginning of a period where you should be somewhat concerned—or, at the very least, start reading enough to understand the reasons for your impending concern.
We all have trackable electronic devices containing our most personal, intimate, and financial information, as well as internet access and video cameras to share everything we see and/or hear.
This is our reality, and we’ve learned to live with it.
But we must always ask ourselves: Where is our privacy—or at least the expectation of privacy—when we step outside our homes and go about our daily activities, such as going to the grocery store, walking our dog in the park, or waiting at the bus stop…
Right now, there are counties and municipalities PAYING millions of dollars for contracts to install FLOCK cameras. This is a problem that’s just beginning, and it seems there are no plans to put a stop to it.
They’re installed at local intersections, on gas station roofs, and along interstate highways (according to what we know and what has been confirmed).
At the moment, they “only record” vehicle information (license plate, make, model, details, etc.). They swear they don’t collect information about the driver or passengers.
Personally, given the current political and technological landscape we’re living in –> I don’t believe a word of it, and have no doubt that there’s more to it than what is being revealed.
The next thing that will happen—and this is already in development and testing; these aren’t just my crazy ramblings—is having cameras (not necessarily the same ones I mentioned) equipped with sensors that can read the chips in Androids, iPhones, and certain other devices in the same category.
They’ll essentially be creating a seamless digital toll system that will track and record your location every time you pass through. It will read your license plate and detect certain electronic devices in your pocket.
Why do you think they’re building so many data centers? And being quick, and combative about it?
Well… Where else can you process and store immense amounts of data that will later be used to train AI models and compile all citizen information into a digital registry (authorized by the government and managed by private subcontractors)?
There’s no longer any need for conspiracy theories about hyper-surveillance and the tech elite striking deals with the government to make their tools available to the government against the citizens themselves.
The paper trail is there; the meetings where they override what the townsfolk wants are on video; and worst of all, you see guys like Thiel, Altman, Musk, Ellison, Huang, and co. publicly boasting in interviews, tweeting their thoughts, publishing written manifestos, and holding retreats for their inner circle.
Once again, I want to reiterate: What I’ve mentioned above is not fantasy, theory, or conjecture. You can confirm all of this through reputable sources (and in most cases, through simple observation and your own reasoning, you can get quite far).
Few things have reached a level that genuinely gives me pause and preocupates me.
But just the thought that most people in our society don’t know, don’t accept—or perhaps don’t even understand—the stage of human history we’re going through is enough to keep me awake on certain nights.
