Key:

* Can extend from 30 minutes to 3 hours; depending on the ‘how much of a fuck do I give’ reading (subject to availability).

[…] No-holds-barred time: anything goes, from daytime drinking to video games, from cleaning my apartment to seeing 8 hours of The Sopranos, from wasting time on social media to literally laying on the couch and staring at the crack in the ceiling. 

Note: ‘Procrastinate’ can be replaced or added after every comma (,)
