I have come to the conclusion that no fast-food actually tastes good. It’s just junk food that gives your body some instant satisfaction once ingested, but ends up rejecting once it is assimilated.
I have sampled almost all of them, over and over again, in an experimental and organized way. 1-2 times a month, I choose one to see how my body responds to it. I prepare beforehand, exercise, eat healthy… None have passed the test, they all end up causing stomachaches or some kind of bothersome symptom; this has been 100% proven.
I’m not going to mention them, but I’ll just say that the least that affects my body is pizza (IF I ingest a normal portion, say less than a large pizza.)
At least I have determined what is harmful to my body and what is not.
The real enemy is over-indulgence. I still don’t know how to deal with it. It has ways of convincing me over and over again. Still don’t know how to beat it. Maybe I’ll learn my lesson in the near future, but for the moment, I’m stocking up on alka seltzers.
